Ok I weight 220 pounds and im 5'9 - 5'10ish and I would like to lose weight the quickest way I possibly can, but without damaging my health. I need a couple pointers on how I can loose this weight.

Answer by thetunecattCount calories and fat. Limit to a 1,000 calorie or 30 gram of fat diet a day and you will lose weight without exercise. I lost 30 ponds in 3 months! Exercise helps
