Find and know the problems air conditioner then solve it

Usualy people just want to use their air condioner without know about poblems this tool. There are chances you either have or are going to run into problems if you own an HVAC system with air conditioning. Your home can be cool and comfortable on those hot summer days even though it malfunction all the time if you know how to troubleshoot the problem on HVAC systems and air conditioning units. Some troubleshooting requires a familiarity with electrical wiring; so if you are not comfortable with either high or low voltage electrical wiring, do not attempt these techniques. A professional HVAC service technician must be enlisted in your lists.Start with power checking when your air conditioner stops working, is the first thing to do which is the most obvious problem. For the airconditioning unit, find the breaker and go to the electrical panel. Turn it to the OFF position, and then reset it back to the ON position. Your breaker may have been tripped but not automatically switched to the OFF position. The power gets to be running again when resetting it in this manner. But when the power is reset, the breaker sparks and pops or trips to the OFF position then there would be a severe problem in the electrical side. To adequately remedy the problem, a professional HVAC contractor must fix it. Leave the power in the OFF position and call in the pros.
If there is nothing wrong with the electrical, move on to the next step in troubleshooting your air conditioning system.Inspect the secondary breaker inside and check the outdoor air conditioning unit. There must be a need to reset the breaker. There may be a red reset button on the exterior of the outdoor unit. Try pushing this button if the unit has power. You may need replacement fuses, depending on the model of air conditioner you own. Move on to the next step if the problem doesn't lie in either of these electrical instances.
Low voltage circuit might occur when the outdoor unit has power and that power is correctly running in the electrical panel. To make sure that the outdoor unit's wires are in good shape and have not been chewed by insects or animals, check on it. A transformer either located at the outdoor unit or at the indoor air handler powers the low voltage circuit.A certified and licensed HVAC service technician perform tasks that have to do with electricity and wiring should be doing it most especially if the owner has no idea on that area and experience. For continuity, using a volt-ohms meter, the transformer will have to be inspected.
Contact a HVAC service professional, if you are still having trouble with your air conditioning unit after performing all of these tasks related to the electrical wiring. An average owner cannot do the tests done on the refrigerant levels and the circuitry of the unit..if the electrical service is normal and air filters are clean then the issue of having a qualified HVAC specialist inspect and repair the air conditioner can be resolved.
